Allow me to introduce myself – I’m Shanay, but you may know me as “The Youngest Human Calculator” and “Pro Cuber.“
Curious to know why? Well, let me tell you: I possess an extraordinary ability to perform complex mathematical calculations faster than most adults, all in my head! And if that wasn’t impressive enough, I can solve cubes at lightning speed too.
My journey into the world of cubes started before I could even tie my shoelaces. With unwavering support from my parents, I received the perfect training to hone my skills. Before I even blew out three candles on my birthday cake, I was already diving into the training for cubes. By the time I reached the age of 3.6 years, I had already mastered three types of cubes, making me the youngest cuber in India.
Word about my remarkable cube-solving abilities spread, and in 2017, I was invited to showcase my talent at one of Turkey’s prestigious universities. Just imagine, at the age of 3.8 years, I mesmerized the audience with my incredible cubing skills on an international stage.
But my passion didn’t stop there. As I continued to grow older, my love for numbers intensified. I naturally gravitated towards mental calculations, and with dedicated training, I honed my skills further. I even participated in a National Abacus Competition, where I triumphed and proudly brought home a gold medal.
Well, that’s not the end of it.

The story behind my passion
Each individual has a role model to admire and seek guidance from. In my case, I found my inspiration within my own household, my elder brother Jinansh. You may know him as ‘The Fastest Human Calculator’. I was very young when I observed my brother performing various activities on the abacus, solving cubes and so on.
As long as I remember, I’ve always had a passion for numbers, cubes and math.
Growing up, I would spend hours playing with numbers and solving cubes in my head. My parents quickly realized that I’ve an unique talent and they encouraged me to pursue my love for numbers.
As I grew older, I continued to challenge myself and refine my mathematical skills. I entered competitions and won awards, and soon I was being featured in local newspapers and on television shows.
Despite all the attention, I’ve never let it get to my head. I’m just a regular kid who happens to love numbers and math. I believe that anyone can excel at Mind Sports if they work hard enough, and I hope to inspire other kids and teenagers to work hard and pursue their passions just like I did. My experience is recounted here, and If I am capable of accomplishing it, then you too have the capacity to achieve the same.
